目的探讨强力霉素对角膜移植后角膜新生血管的抑制作用。方法建立大鼠同种异体角膜移植模型,受体鼠再随机分为A组(盐水对照组)、B组(强力霉素组),动态检测角膜移植后角膜新生血管的发展及VEGF蛋白的表达。结果B组植片存活时间(20.67±3.01)天,较A组(9.67±2.73)天明显延长(P〈0.01),角膜移植后B组新生血管面积相对百分比、VEGF蛋白水平均显著低于A组(P〈0.01)。结论强力霉素能抑制角膜移植后角膜新生血管的生长,延长植片的生存时间。
Objective To explore the inhibitive effects of doxycycline on corneal angiogenesis after keratoplasty.Methods Rat corneal allogenic transplantation models were prepaired.Recipients were randomly divided into 2 groups:Group A(saline group) and group B(doxycycline group).The size of corneal angiogensis and the expression of VEGF proteins in two groups were examined.Results Compared with the mean survival time of group A(9.67±2.73) days,the mean survival time of group B(20.67±3.01) days was significantly prolonged.In addition,both the mean percentages of neovascularized corneal area and the expression of VEGF in group B were less than that in group A(P〈0.01).Conclusion Doxycycline can significantly inhibit corneal angiogenesis and prevent corneal allograft rejection after keratoplasty.
