Li Hongfei was born in 1967. He received the Ph. D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University（NWPU） in 2004. He was a postdoctoral fellow with College of Automatics in NWPU. His current interests include robust control theory and its application for the differential systems with delay.
