提出一种省永磁、高推力性能的新型多齿开关磁链直线电机;推导分析直线电机端部开断引起的电磁推力与定位力特点,比较3种端部辅助齿形状对推力特性的影响,结果表明与内部齿相同的端部辅助齿可使直线电机得到较好性能;与旋转电机同样电枢高度及齿槽宽度的直线电机电密偏高,故增高电枢使槽面积增大到2.5倍,之后分析FSPM直线电机非饱和时推力表达式及饱和对电磁性能的影响,永磁优化分析表明21 mm高度永磁体可以使本设计电机达到最大推力,最后示出了不同轭部高度、不同气隙时,最佳永磁体高度的选择规律。
A novel multi-tooth flux-switching linear motor(MTFSLM),with small number of permanent magnets(PM) and good thrust output,was proposed.The effect of open-end on electromagnetic thrust and detent force was analyzed.The thrust characteristics comparison of MTFSLM with three kinds of assistant teeth shows the assistant teeth is similar with inner teeth output the best thrust.The armature is increased by 2.5 times high to reduce the large current density of the initial design,which owns the same armature height,teeth and slots width with corresponding rotating motors.Then the force expression of the unsaturated MTFSLM is shown,followed by the investigation of saturation effect,which comes from the over-sized PMs.The following analysis shows that the PMs of 21mm height make the largest thrust output.The deeper computations exhibit the PM design policy for MTFSLM with respect to height of yoke and gap distance.
