利用中国矿业大学(北京)自主研发的深部软岩水理测试仪,对平庄煤矿砂质泥岩岩样进行了有水压和无水压2种条件下的吸水试验,得出了不同水压条件下岩样吸水量和吸水速率随时间的变化特性:岩样吸水过程可划分为减速和等速吸水阶段,并分别可用不同的吸水函数曲线拟合。借助扫描电镜试验(SEM)和X射线衍射分析,比较了岩样在吸水前后的微观结构变化。岩样的微观结构观察结果表明,所选用岩石样品中的伊蒙混层结构在吸水前后发生明显变化,这种变化可能是影响岩样吸水规律的重要因素之一。
Based on the hydrophilic testing system innovatively designed by China University of Mining and Technology(Beijing),test methods and procedures were proposed.The water absorption tests under water pressure and without water pressure on rock samples from Pingzhuang Coal Mine were carried out,and the curves of water absorption processes were formed.The variation principles of the soakage and water absorption velocity under the different water pressure were obtained.Water absorption processes were divided into two stages:absorption slowdown first and constant speed later.The water absorption function curves were fitted.The different microstructure before and after water absorption were compared with SEM,X-ray diffraction experiments,and the results demonstrate that mixed-layer of illite and smectite in the selected rock samples changed obviously before and after water absorption,which was the major factor affecting the laws of absorption of the rock.
