From the perspective of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial mindset, this article analyses the human capital characteristics of general partners of buyout funds. The paper introduces the concept of integrated-entrepreneur, that is, an entrepreneur has both financial and industrial backgrounds, and presents that buyout funds partners in the West are mainly integrated-entrepreneurs. Combined with the development of China＇s buyout funds, we propose to foster integrated-entrepreneurs, promote the combination between industry and finance, and introduce buyout funds into the reorganization and transformation of state-owned enterprises.
