英文摘要：

This paper estimates the amount of carbon dioxide emissions of industrial sectors in the seven prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province from 2000 to 2008.Combined with the current situation of these cities,it analyzes the productivity of industrial carbon,and makes empirical analysis of factors affecting carbon dioxide emissions based on panel data model.The results show that there exists an inverted N-shaped relationship between industrial carbon emissions per capita and GDP per capita,and the upper inflection point emerges when the GDP per capita is 66 836 yuan.The urbanization level,economic dependence degree on foreign countries and the scale of FDI introduction can promote industrial carbon emissions.＂Shanghai factors＂have a significant positive impact on carbon emissions.
