Practice of teaching team construction to local colleges and universities promoting the teaching reform and construction of the discipline,to improve the quality of teachers and engineering practice ability and talent training quality has an important significance. This thesis is based on the research and practice of Wuyi university electronic information engineering practice teaching team on the practice- teaching reform,team building,the student extracurricular knowledge capacity training,theoretical study,institution building and etc,exploring ways to cultivate applied talents of high quality engineering.
