用摄动理论研究了1类应用较广泛的非线性系统.将所得结果应用于1类免疫反应动力学模型,得到了B淋巴细胞3种分化状态的具有较高精度的近似解析解.通过分析解的表达式揭示消除速率,调节量等因素对各阶段细胞数目的变化规律的影响.为更好地解释B淋巴细胞活化增殖过程中各细胞数变化这一现象,有效掌握机体在介导淋巴免疫应答时所发挥的作用提供了理论依据.该研究为解决相关类型的系统提供了1种有效的方法.
Using the perturbation theory,a class of generalized nonlinear system is discussed.Applying result to a class of immune reaction kinetic model,the approximate analytic solutions with high precision are obtained for the differentiation state to three kinds of B-lymphocyte corresponding system.By analyzing the expressions of the solution,the influence about the regularity which the numbers of cells are changed in every stage by elimination rate,adjust volume and other factors are discovered.The theoretical basis is provided for better explaining the phenomenon about B-lymphocytes cells changes during activation and proliferation,grasping the role of organism as mediating lymphatic immune response effectivly.Thus,under this paper an available method is given to estimate the solution of some class of system.
