设计了测量细胞DNA指数的全自动分析仪(HW—MS)并发展了相应的关键技术。本仪器用于对细胞涂片的数字化显微扫描,获得细胞DNA指数的分布数据。HW—MS采用了排除外界干扰和对测量结果进行归一化的技术措施,使得同一涂片的测量结果具有较好的稳定性。HW—MS的功能包括对涂片自动扫描,实现对细胞图像的自动采集,然后对存贮在计算机内细胞图像进行降噪和分割处理,并对处理后的罔像进行识别和分类分析,实现对细胞DNA指数的测量,最后对测量结果中突变细胞进行识别和统计分类。为了保证测量数据的准确性,系统使用标准样片来实现图像质量控制。在高速模式下,本系统可以在30min内实现伞片的自动扫描,基本上同时给出测量样本的细胞DNA指数分布数据。初步实验表明,该系统的测量结果具有较高的准确性和稳定性。
A cell DNA index autoanalyzer (HW-MS) was designed and its key technologies were developed. The analyzer can automatically scan a sample glass plate and acquire the digital cell image, which is used in DNA index measurement. The HW-MS adopts the technology that can suppress the disturbance from environment during the scanning, and proper algorithm to normalize the images. The functions of the device include auto-scanning cell glass plate to realize digital cell data acquisition; storing cell image data on hard disk, further data processing such as noise reduction and imaging segmentation; and cognizing and classifying the mutation cells. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results, the autoanalyzer uses standard sample plate to realize image quality control. HW-MS can scan a standard size glass plate within 30 minutes, and the distribution of the cell DNA index is obtained immediately. Experiment results show that the autoanalyzer has good reliability, accuracy and stability.
