目的观察环氧化酶2(COX-2)和增殖性细胞核抗原(PCNA)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测肝细胞癌组织COX-2与PCNA蛋白的表达,并对阳性结果进行图像分析。结果肝癌组织和癌旁组织中COX-2、PCNA阳性表达率及其阳性面积百分比差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。COX-2阳性组和COX-2阴性组中PCNA阳性表达率之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。肝癌组织和癌旁组织中COX-2阳性表达面积百分比与PCNA阳性表达面积百分比之间有相关性。结论肝细胞癌组织存在COX-2过度表达,且与PCNA表达水平有相关性。
Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and their relationship.MethodsExpressions of COX-2 and PCNA were detected with immunohistochemistry assay and the results were analyzed by computer-aided image analysis system.Results The positive expression rate and percentage of area of COX-2 and PCNA were significantly different between HCC and tumor-adjacent tissures(P〈0.05).The positive expression rate was significantly different between COX-2-positive and COX-2-negative tissures(P〈0.05).The percentage of positive expression area was significantly different between HCC and tumor-adjacent tissures(P〈0.05).Conclusion COX-2 is overexpressed in HCC,which is correlated with the expression level of PCNA.
