In this paper, we studied the outstanding contribution literature (reference paper) of Nobel winners in the fields of medicine, chemistry and physics from 2006 to 2010 and the related articles (non-reference paper) of each literature. On the basis of original study and the statistical analysis, we selected 7 indicators from 12 indicators which were related to the academic influence of pa- pers. We calculated the comprehensive value (F value) with the principal component analysis. The result showed the comprehensive evaluation system was better to characterize the quality of high academic papers and could correct the biases of system in different fields. So the comprehensive system was feasible when was used to evaluate papers across disciplines.
