分布式创新作为一种新兴的技术创新模式,可以将企业外部创新资源和内部创新资源有机结合起来,提高了资源利用效率,降低了研发成本,具有明显的竞争优势。分布式创新中各参与企业间的合作冲突降低了分布式创新的成效,影响其稳定性。基于冲突分析理论,构建了分布式创新合作冲突模型,对其稳定性进行分析,求出了分布式创新合作冲突的最终稳定解。研究认为分布式创新各参与企业在选择合作策略时虽然都以利益最大化为原则,但分布式创新最大化利益的实现有赖于其他参与主体的合作和策略选择,分布创新中利益的分配和有效均衡是降低合作冲突,促进合作成功和保持稳定性的重要基础。政府对减少分布式创新中的冲突和机会主义行为、保持合作稳定性方面具有重要影响。最后,本文从契约信用构建、利益共享和风险共担机制、政府监管等方面提出了减少分布式创新合作冲突的相关对策与建议。
Distributed innovation, as a new innovation model, can combine the external innovation resources and internal innova- tion resources of enterprise, and improved the efficiency of resource, reducing the cost of research and development, has showed sig- nificant competitive advantage. Cooperation conflict can reduce the effectiveness and affecting the stability of distributed innovation. Based on the theory of conflict analysis, the paper establishes the cooperation conflict model of distributed innovation, then analyzes the stability of the model, find the final stable solution of cooperation conflict of distributed innovation. The research has suggested that enterprises will comply with the maximize benefits principle when select cooperation strategy, but the maximize benefits of distributed innovation is depends on other enterprises" cooperation behavior and it's strategy selection. The distribution of benefits and it's effec- tivethe balance can reduce cooperation conflicts, to promote cooperation success and maintain the stability of distributed innovation, that is an important foundation of distributed innovation. The government can reduce cooperation conflict and opportunistic behavior, and it has an important influence for maintain distributed innovation's cooperation stability. Finally, the paper put forward the counter- measures and suggestions to reduce the distributed innovation's cooperation conflict from the side of contract credit building, benefit- sharing and risk-sharing allocation mechanism and government's regulation.
