The experiment with different temperature （40, 50, 60℃） of the warm water and different concentrations （50, 80, 110, 140 mg/L） of gibberellin （GA3） solution respectively soaking of well-developed seeds of Rudbeckia hybrida, to study the effects of combination of different treatments on seed germination characteristics, and provide a theoretical basis for R. hybrida seedlings breeding. The results showed that the treatment of 80 mg/L of GA3 solution soaked by two hours for the seeds has a better result on the germination percentage and germinability. The germination characteristics of the seeds are the best in all the treatments.
