英文摘要：

Objective To explore the ingredient index of forsythia suspense leaves,establish a method for determination of the index component,and compare the content of forsythoside A in different extracts of Forsythia leaves. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of forsythoside A. The chromatographic column was eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel,and acetonitrile-0. 4% acetic acid water（ 18 ∶ 82） was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 330 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results Forsythiaside A sample volume has linear relationship between 1. 047 and 20. 94 μg（ r =0. 999 8）,the average recovery rate was 104. 10%（ RSD 2. 36%）. The content of forsythoside A in different extracts（ 70% ethanol,methanol and water） of forsythia leaves were 5. 36%,8. 16% and 3. 32% respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of forsythoside A in the leaves of forsythia and related products,which provides a reference for improving the quality standard of forsythia leaves.
