知识型团队动态能力构建、团队体系模型与创新运作模式研究

知识型团队是现代组织执行复杂创新任务的重要组织形式。本文从分析知识型团队与知识工作任务的匹配关系入手,在引入知识链及知识链网络等概念的基础上。探讨了基于知识链的知识型团队的动态能力构建机制,分析了围绕知识链网络的知识团队结构体系模型及创新运作机理。

英文摘要:

The increased use of work teams in today's organizations has received attention in both the academy and firms. However, most studies have focused on teams of "blue-collar" workers, Fewer studies have examined the mechanism of teams composed of knowledge workers, which represent one of important structure adapt to knowledge innovation in knowledge economy. There is evidence suggested that those knowledge workers' responses to team design, process, and contextual factors may differ from other types of worker. In this paper, The authors firstly describe the body of knowledge teams and sum up their characteristics, analyze the fit relationship between knowledge teams and knowledge work. Then, based on introduction the concept of knowledge chain and knowledge network, the authors study how to construct dynamic capability about knowledge teams and go into the system framework of knowledge teams. At last, they conduct a research on the innovation mechanism of the knowledge teams based on knowledge chain network. Results indicate that, on one hand, knowledge team is a compatible structure to perform innovation task, which help organizations use knowledge resources plentifully. On the other hand, to join the flexible knowledge teams is the matching choice for the knowledge workers, which inhabit on different kind of knowledge chains. The studies also underscore the importance of the team members' outer knowledge linkage, particularly the degree to which it supplies necessary information for current team innovative task. Knowledge chain and knowledge network connecting different knowledge worker is the source of configuration of knowledge teams' dynamic innovative capability. Keeping in contact with the knowledge network closely is necessary to tackle with complicated innovative problems for team members and knowledge teams.
