Competitive industries to achieve coordinated development is related to the level of industry promotion and optimization of industrial structure, which in turn is related to the regional economic growth and development. There was some problems in the development of Northeast of Chinese coordinated competitive industry, for instance, excessive industrial structure convergence, industry market fragmentation, industrial technology innovation ability is insufficient and so on. The reason of problems above is that it is imperfect for the mechanism of market regulation, benefitsharing, Division of cooperation and ineentivesplusrestraints. However, in order to enrich and perfect these mechanisms, government,market and enterprise must make a clear division of labor and effective cooperation,which could promote the coordinated development of advantage industry in northeast China.
