With the economic and social development, Chinese women get more chances to establish enterprises more than ever before. There are a few studies of women＇s entrepreneurship based on different perspectives. This article reviews studies on female entrepreneurial model, influencing factors and favorable policy environment, and then looks into the future of women＇s entrepreneurship.
