女性在企业管理中的作用明显增强,研究女性管理者的文献不断增加。文章从性别角色认同、职业发展、领导力与管理绩效等方面对国内企业女性管理者的相关研究进行了梳理,在评价已有文献的基础上对未来研究方向进行了展望。
Women have increasingly played a more important role in corporate management. Researches on female managers have also grown. This article suggests future directions in the studies of female managers based on an examination of the existing views of their gender identity, career development, leadership and their managerial performance.
