Organizational resilience is the key to different successful organizations. In the organizational management field,organizational resilience research attacts strong attention of scholars,who produced some valuable research findings. Based on systematic review of foreign literature of organizational resilience,this paper presents a review from several aspects：conceptualization,dimension division,measurement and antecedents. Additionally,this paper points out the future research direction in view of the shortcomings in existing literature.
