在超重力旋转填料床中,以络合铁为脱硫剂,对模拟酸气中的H2S进行了选择性脱硫实验研究.考察了气/液体积流量比、转速、pH值、温度、总铁浓度、原料气CO2含量对脱硫率及选择性的影响.结果表明,在气、液接触极短时间内,脱硫率达到98%以上,选择性达到90以上,实现了高选择、快速、高效脱除酸气中H2S的目标.
Selective removal of H2S from analog acid gas with chelated iron was investigated in a rotating packed bed. The influences of gas-liquid volume flow ratio, rotational speed, initial pH value of chelated iron solution, temperature of chelated iron solution, concentration of total chelated iron and CO2 concentration of inlet gas on H2S removal efficiency and seleetivity were studied. It was illustrated that over 98% of H2S removal efficiency and 90 of selectivity were acquired in a very short gas-liquid contact time, which fulfilled the goal of high selectivity, rapid and high efficiency when H2 S was being removed from analog acid gas.
