在不同油、气流量下,采用LS-2000激光喷雾粒度分析仪测试了脉冲爆震发动机头部为空心腔体结构、文丘里结构情况下的油滴索太尔平均直径(SMD),并与实验中所采用的直射式喷油嘴雾化结果进行了比较,简要分析了头部几何结构对喷入燃油的二次雾化过程。研究发现,除了喷嘴性能以外,发动机头部几何结构对油滴粒度也具有较为显著的影响,而且设计中应使所采用的喷嘴型式与其相匹配。
With various fuel feed and air flow, fuel droplet Saater-mean diameters(SMD) are measured experimentally by using an LS-2000 laser spray particle size analyzer when the head of a pulse detonation engine is of hollow chamber and venturi structure, the results of which are compared with those obtained from a plain-orifice injector spray employed in the experiment. The second-time atomization with fuel sprayed by head geometries was analyzed briefly. The study discovers that except for nozzles'performance, particular head geometries have important influence on droplet ,izes and that nozzles employed in a design process should match the head geometries.
