根据压缩机结构特点,选定敏感参数为润滑油压力、轴承温度、轴横向振动振幅、轴位移,对敏感参数进行了在线监测;设定了敏感参数的报警或联锁阈值,信号超限时可报警停机;对轴振动和轴位移信号进行了采集和处理,根据其频谱特性、相位特性以及轴心轨迹进行相应的故障诊断,初步实现了设备的预测维修,保证了压缩机安全、可靠地运行,提高了设备的使用效率和现代化管理水平。
According to the compressor's structural features, we selected the pressure of the lubricating oil, the temperature of the bearing, the landscape orientation vibration and displacement of the shaft for sensitive parameters to complete the on line detection, and we also gave the threshold value about the alarm and interlock in order to stop the compressor running as those signals were out of limit. The signals of vibration and displacement of the shaft were collected and processed. Depending on the locus of journal center, spectrum characteristics and the phase characteristics, the trouble diagnosis was made, and the prediction maintenance was applied , so as to ensure the compressor working safely and reliably, thus improves the availability factor of the equipment and the modern management.
