教练型领导是西方近年来兴起的一种新型领导方式,与传统领导行为不同,教练型领导行为注重通过领导者与员工的良好互动,来改善员工的心智模式、开发员工的智慧潜能,进而实现员工与组织的双赢。随着教练型领导行为对员工与组织发展作用的日益凸显,理论界对教练型领导行为的研究也越来越多。本文在文献回顾的基础上,对教练型领导行为的概念内涵、理论基础、结构与测量、影响因素与影响效应等方面的研究进行了系统的梳理与整合,探讨了该领域研究存在的问题,并展望了今后的研究方向。
Coaching leadership is a new type of leadership emerged in recent years in the western world. Unlike traditional leadership behavior, coaching leadership behavior focuses on the improvement of employees' mental modes, the development of employees' intellectual potential and thereby the achievement of a win-win situation between employees and organizations via the establishment of a good leader-member interactive relationship. With the increasingly prominent role of coaching leadership behavior in the development of employees and organizations, related research has gradually increased in the theoretical academic circles. Based on a literature research, this paper systematically sorts out and integrates the research findings of coaching leadership behavior with regard to origins and concepts, theoretical basis, structure and measurement, influencing factors and outcome variables. Furthermore, it explores the limitations of current research, and points out future directions in coaching leadership research.
