从20世纪90年代开始,我国各个省、自治区、直辖市在"国家科技基础条件平台"带动下,先后启动了科学仪器共用共享平台的建设工作,经过十余年的发展已取得一定的成效。但在深入推进的过程中也遇到一些问题,如共享建设形式化、服务不到位、仪器使用率低等。为此,如何评价科学仪器信息共享工作成效,成为目前科学仪器信息共享工作深化阶段的一项重要内容。为此,本文从"可见"、"可得"和"可用"3个层面来建立科学仪器信息共享评价模型,用以评价各类科学仪器信息共享平台的共享服务水平,以供参考。
With the construction of " National Science and Technology Foundation Platform" project in China, va- rious scientific instruments sharing projects have been also successively launched at the national and local levels from the 90s of last century, and already got certain effect. But some problems appeared such as formalization of sharing building, lower degree sharing services, and lower use rate of sharing equipment. So, how to measure and evaluate the sharing work become a problem need to solve instantly. In this article, information sharing evaluation model was proposed, which was focused on the "visible", "available" and "available" three levels for providing effective strategies and meas- ures to improve all kinds of scientific instruments information resources-sharing platform construction.
