HSK主轴/刀柄配合精度的高低直接影响HSK工具系统的加工成本及其主要性能。本文利用有限元分析方法,通过对HSK主轴/32柄在不同配合情况下的受力变形分析,得出配合状况对HSK工具系统径向刚度的影响规律;明确了HSK主轴/刀柄之间的过盈量在径向刚度和径向定位精度两方面的不同功用。本研究工作为高速加工工具系统的精度设计提供了理论依据。
Fit accuracy of HSK interface affects machining cost and main performances of HSK tool system directly. By use of FEM,this article analyses deformations of HSK interface under different fit tolerance, defines the influence of fit tolerance on HSK interface's radial rigidity, clarifies the different effects of magnitude of interference of HSK interface on radial rigidity and radial positioning accuracy. The research work provides theoretical basis for accuracy design of tool system in high speed machining.
