用生物信息学的分析方法,系统地研究了锰过氧化物酶的核苷酸序列和蛋白质氨基酸序列,用DAMBE软件计算了基因长度、碱基组成、GC含量,蛋白质长度、氨基酸组成,找出了基因和蛋白质的相似片段,并分别绘制了每种同工酶的基因序列和蛋白质序列的系统进化树。
The nucleotide sequences and amino acid sequences of Manganese -dependent Peroxidases (MnP) were studied by using bioinformatics analysis method. A software called DAMBE was used to calculate the length of genes, the base composition, the GC content of each gene, the length of the protein and amino acid composition. Phylogenetic trees of each gene sequence and the protein were created.
