基于区间直觉模糊数的卫生应急动态群评价方案设计及实证研究

在区间直觉模糊数测度形式下,基于多评价者、多时段、多指标、多对象测度信息,探索动态多指标评价建模方案设计,并以卫生应急评价算例进行实证。将区间直觉模糊测度群评价信息集结以后虚构正、负理想对象,计算各对象与之关联系数或投影系数,由多目标优化算法计算客观、组合权重,计算关联度或投影值,兼顾各时段计算优属度,并据此择优或排序。基于灰色关联法和投影寻踪法思路设计模型,步骤清晰、流程明确、信息充分、结果一致,对于卫生应急能力评价问题有适用性。结论表明,两类区间直觉模糊动态多指标综合评价模型对于类似应用问题有方法论意义。

英文摘要:

Objective Interval intuition fuzzy number measure as basis, information from many factors was used to design dynamic multi-index evaluation modeling projects, such as multi-valuator, multi-period, multi-index, multi-object, and these projects were demonstrated by example. Methods Group evaluation information based on Interval intuition fuzzy measure was concentrated, positive ideal object and negative ideal object, correlation coefficient or projection coefficient among them were calculated, and multi-objective optimization algorithm was used to calculate objective or combination weight, correlation degree or projection value was calculated, superior category degree from every time frame was calculated. Results Two kinds of models were designed based on grey correlation method and projection pursuit methods, step was distinct, procedure was explicit, information was sufficient, result was unanimous, the applicability was feasible for hygiene emergency capacity evaluation problem. Conclusion Two kinds of dynamic multi-index comprehensive evaluation models based on interval intuition fuzzy number had importance of methodology for similar application problems.
