Staff loyalty is crucial to the development of enterprises.Though it's original to manage staff's loyalty from the perspective of psychological contract,the interoperability is weak.The introduction of mental accounting may be a good solution to this problem.This paper divides mental accounting into economic accounting and affective accounting.Economic accounting is mainly associated with transactional contract,whereas affective accounting is associated with relational contract.Managers could improve staff loyalty by management of staff's mental accounting.
