对工业企业技术创新能力的构成要素进行分析,并在此基础上建立技术创新能力和组织绩效关系的结构方程模型,提出相应的研究假设。通过对河北工业进行问卷调查,对模型进行实证分析。结果显示,创新资源及投入水平和技术能力对于组织的绩效有积极直接的作用,并且前者还能通过作用于技术能力而对组织绩效产生间接影响;技术创新的扩散能力对组织绩效没有直接的影响,但是可以通过作用于创新资源及投入水平和技术能力而对组织绩效产生影响。
The key elements of the technological innovation capabilities were analyzed, upon which the structural equation modeling on technological innovation capabilities and organizational performance was established, and the corresponding research hypotheses were proposed. Then the model was analyzed empirically via questionnaires regarding industrial enterprises in Hebei. The results indicate that innovative resources, input level and technological capability have positive and immediate effect on the organizational performance, and the former can produce indirect impacts on organizational performance by acting on the later; the diffusion capability has no direct impacts on organizational performance, but it can impact organizational performance through innovative resources, input level and technological capability.
