本文根据CE/SE方法思想,构造湍流二维两相流动的CE/SE数值计算的格式。采用此格式对膛内二维湍流两相流动进行数值计算。计算结果表明:对中心点火方式,在点传火过程初期,膛内压力在径向与轴向上存在较大的压力梯度,当火药全部着火后,药室内径向压力逐渐趋于一致;在靠近点火管附近,传火孔喷射的高速燃气和固体火药颗粒相互影响,气相形成不同程度的旋涡,能提高火药颗粒点火的均匀程度;采用湍流两相流模型的数值计算结果反映实际规律,能更加细致真实地反映壁面附近物理量的变化。
A numerical scheme for solving turbulent two-dimensional two-phase flow in interior ballistics was deduced according to the idea of space-time conservation element and solution element (CE/ SE) method. The ignition process of two-dimensional two-phase flow was calculated by the method of CE/SE. The calculated results show that for central ignition pattern, at the initial stage of ignition, the pressure gradient exists along radial and axis direction in barrel chamber, when the propellant is all ignited, the pressure gradierit along radial direction vanishes~ uniform extent of igniting the propellant can be improved by the different vortexes formed with the gas phase under interaction of the high velocity gas jetted from the ignition vent and the solid propellant near the ignition tube; the calculated results by the turbulent two-phase flow model can reflect the actual rule and the physical amount variation near the gun bore wall in detail and really.
