由于电磁轴承体积大、控制系统复杂、能耗大,提出了一种新型永磁磁浮轴承,具有能耗低、体积小、结构紧凑且承载力大应用范围广的特点。以点磁荷理论为基础,建立了轴向磁化方式下轴的径向偏移量(或轴承刚度)与承载力之间关系的理论模型。由于软铁具有很高的磁导率,而不锈钢具有优良的磁阻性能,因而选取了这二种材料作为磁浮轴承材料,成功设计、制造了磁浮轴承组件。所设计轴承性能达到了设计要求,其稳定工作时的最高承载能力为17N,转速为4000r/min。
Because of the large size,complicated control system and large power consumption of AcTivemagnetic Bearing(AMB),a new type of permanent magnet magnetic bearings which has low power consumption,small size,compact structure,large bearing capacity and wide application is proposed.Based on dot magnetic charge theory,the axial magnetized model are established.The model embody the relationship between radial displacement and loads.Because of high magnetic permeability of iron and high magnetic reluctance of stainless steel,the two kinds of material are chosen as the material of the magnetic bearing.The bearing assembly are triumphantly designed and manufactured.The performance of testing station meets the requirement:maximum loads is 17N,maximum speed is 4000r/min.
