Under the background of ~nternet Plus＇, the author analyzes the development environment of agriculture on the Internet, and studies two types of modes of e - commerce, including a whole - industry chain mode of e - commerce in agricultural products from Tootoo organic farm and a mode of the grading of e - commerce service centers in county, township （ town ） and village with its two - way flow of agro - industrial products for fair - going station＇in Renshou county. Moreover, the author discusses the process of upflow＇into the city for agricultural products and downflow＇into the village for industrial products. Based on the comparison and analysis of the two typical e - commerce modes and operation mechanism, five suggestions are put forward to optimize the construction and development of e - commerce in agricultural products, including regulating the standards of agricultural products, strengthening the logistics construction, improving the online and offline integration, strengthening supply chain management, as well as improving the skills relying on the existing e - commerce resources.
