采用我国31个省份的面板数据,运用SBM方向性距离函数测度了2010-2014年我国农业全要素生产率值,通过建立回归模型实证分析了影响我国农业全要素生产率的因素。研究结果表明:我国农业全要素生产率总体呈增长趋势,但东部、中部、西部三大地区间存在明显差异,化肥施用量、农业机械总动力、农田水利设施对农业全要素生产率具有显著正向影响,而人力资本、农业生产技术等传统生产要素的影响并不显著。针对研究结果,提出完善农业政策补贴、加强中西部地区基础设施建设、发展生态农业、推进农业科技创新与应用和加强人力资本投入等对策建议。
This paper used the panel data and SBM directional distance function of 31 provinces in China, to measure the agricultural total factor productivity value in 2010 - 2014, through the establishment of regression model to analysis factors of total factor productivity. The results showed that the total factor productivity of agriculture in China was increasing, but there were obvious differences among the three regions. Fertilizer application, to- tal power of agricultural machinery, farmland water conservancy facilities had a significant positive impact on total factor productivity of agriculture, while the impact of traditional production factors such as human capital and agricultural production technology was not significant. Aiming at the re- search results, to improve the subsidy of agricultural policy, strengthen the infrastructure construction of midwest, develop the eeo- agriculture, promote the innovation and application of agricultural science and technology, and strengthen the investment of manpower capital and so on.
