耐磨材料是新材料领域的核心之一,对新材料的发展起着重要的推动和支撑作用。本文概述了钢结硬质合金呈现硬质相和粘结相多样性、相成分拓宽以及制备技术不断丰富的发展特点,较系统地综述了润湿性、裂纹扩展方式对TiC基钢结硬质合金的力学性能的影响和作用机理,并指出其在使用中韧性不足的问题及强韧化的发展趋势和方法。
Wear resistant material is one of cores in the new material field and plays an important role to promote and support the development of the technology.The diversity of hard phase and binder phase,broadening of phase composition and preparation technology of TiC-based steel bonded carbide were overviewed in the paper.The influence of wettability and the crack propagation form of TiC-based steel bonded carbide on the performance as well as the mechanism were summarized.Finally,the problem for insufficient toughness and development trends and methods for strengthening and toughening were pointed out.
