英文摘要：

An efficient copper-catalyzed homocoupling of 1-bromoalkynes to synthesis of 1,3-diynes has been developed.Acetonitrile was the solvent and TEA was used as base and the ligand.This method provided a new route for conjugated diynes.We also optimized the reaction conditions and proposed the possible mechanisms.
