关节臂式坐标测量机是一种新型的多自由度非笛卡尔式坐标测量系统,提出了一种基于反转法的标定方法,该方法避免了其他参数误差对于标定结果的影响。研制了相应的标定装置,装置的控制系统采用上位机加下位机结构,由单片机完成标定装置的控制并将测量数据通过串口通讯上传到PC机;PC机程序由虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEw完成。实现与单片机间的通信和指令处理。实验表明,该系统能够很好地完成关节臂式测量机的标定任务,运动精度高,测量结构具有较好的重复性。
The articulated arm CMM is a new type of non--orthogonal system. A calibration method of articulated arm CMM based on reversal method is presented in a creative way, and the equipment used in the calibration process is developed. At the core, a single chip system and visual virtual instrument LabVIEW are used to control the equipment, and successfully accomplished the communication between the computer and the PCB board. Experiments show that the equipment can complete the task of calibration successfully.
