本文开发了一种基于虚拟仪器的LabView RT状态机软件，用于测试智能蒙皮材料的远程实时通信数据采集系统，采用多机通信的方式实现了信息采集、信号处理、控件显示、数据库管理等功能。系统对蒙皮结构进行多点分布式采集，包括应变、振动加速度的测试实验，分析了蒙皮结构的材料特性，验证了测试系统的可行性和功能可扩展性。
英文摘要：
This paper developed a virtual instrument used for Remote RT data acquisition system for testing smart skin material based on LabView RT software,to achieve the data acquisition,signal processing,VI displays,database management by Multi-machine communication.the structure of the skin distributed multi-point acquisition,including strain,vibration acceleration test experiments,analyzed the structure of the material properties of the skin,Verify the feasibility and functionality of the test system scalability.
