He is now an associate professor in the School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong Uni- versity. His research interests include intelligent information processing ＆ systems, pattern recog- nition and intelligent monitoring ＆ control. He is now a profes- sor and Ph.D. supervisor in the School of Electri- cal Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include neural networks, in- telligent monitoring ＆ control and electricity sys- tem and automation. Yonghua Song received his B.E.,M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in 1984, 1987 and 1989 respectively. Currently he is assistant president of Tsinghua University. His research interests include electri- cal power systems, wireless networks, intelligent information processing ＆ systems. Yunfang Zhu received her M.S. degree in mea- suring and control technology and instrumenta- tions from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2005. She is now an associate professor in Southwest Jiaotong University （E＇mei Campus）. Her re- search interests include neural network, evolution- ary algorithms, signal processing, and intelligent control.
