阐明了采空区CMS精密探测的基本原理以及运用探测数据构建采空区三维模型的方法;分析了井下环境温度、湿度、目标反射率及探测位置等对CMS探测结果的影响,提出了相应的解决措施;针对CMS扫描头水平调零后倾角存在的误差,利用多项式拟合法求得扫描头调整参数与支撑杆倾角及旋转角之间关系,并结合支撑杆上测点位置,提出了精确计算扫描头实际倾角的方法;对于CMS探测模型可能出现的点自相交等问题,提出了修正的方法。研究成果已在国内多个矿山成功应用,取得了良好的实际应用效果。
Basic principle of CMS and the method to set up 3D cavities modeling with monitoring data are presented. After analyzing the impacts on CMS monitoring result by environmental temperature, humidity, target reflectivity and monitoring positions, some measures have been put forward. In view of the error existing in dip angle of the scanning head after level adjustment, the relationship between the adjusting parameter of scanning head and dip angle, rotation angle of supporting post are obtained by using polynomial fitting method, and then a method was proposed to precisely computing the actual dip angle of scanning head based on the measure point position on the boom. As for the potential problem of point self-intersection for CMS model, the correcting methods have been proposed. The application of these research achievements into several mines at home has achieved good effects.
