采用飞秒激光对活细胞进行手术,研究了其手术分辨率和微损手术对细胞活性的影响。首先建立飞秒激光活细胞手术系统,可以实时对手术中的细胞进行荧光成像。其次,在绿色荧光蛋白标记组蛋白的Hela细胞核内研究手术分辨率,达到了190nm的极限尺寸,同时发现,细胞核的微损不会导致Hela细胞的死亡,为实现细胞核内微区功能研究奠定了基础。最后,飞秒激光对嗅鞘细胞的突起进行切割,5h内损伤的细胞恢复了活性,因此细胞突起的切割可以实现胞外物质的跨膜运输。
