为进一步探讨情境在实际产品设计中的应用,提出了知识驱动的产品设计情境研究方法.将产品设计过程分为问题情境、求解情境和结果情境3个维度,通过知识驱动产品在原理、结构或组合方式上的创新,提出了基于产品开发设计流程的产品设计情境模型和知识驱动的产品设计情境模型.分析了显性知识与隐性知识在用户、设计师以及系统之间的传递与转化特征,提出了知识转移的交流模型和螺旋模型,并探讨了基于知识的产品建模技术、推理求解技术、感性意象评价技术和知识库技术.以眼镜造型设计为例,构建了眼镜产品族结构体系和计算机辅助眼镜造型系统软件,包括三维造型设计模块、感性意象评价模块和系统知识库模块.基于该系统可以实现眼镜产品设计的快速生成,构建设计知识库以及用户的感性意象评价,从而提高眼镜开发设计的效率,验证了知识驱动的产品设计情境理论体系.
An approach of knowledge driven product design scenario was proposed for further exploring the application of scenario in solving practical product design problems. The product design process was divided into three dimensions including problem scenario, solving scenario and solution scenario, in which the knowledge driven product innovation in principle, structure or integration were discussed. The developing process based product design scenario model and the knowledge driven product design scenario model were put forward. After analysis of the transforming and translating characteristics of tacit knowledge and ex- plicit knowledge in user, designer and system, the communication model and the gyroidal model of knowledge transfer were presented. The key technologies such as product modeling, reasoning and solving, perceptual image evaluation and knowledge base were studied. Taken the glasses form design as an example, a glasses product family configuration model and a computer-aided glasses form design system were set up, including three-dimensional form design component, perceptual image evaluation component, and knowledge base component. Based on the system, the glasses design can be accomplished rapidly, the design knowledge base can be built, and the user perceptual image and the form can be mapped. Thus the knowledge driven scenario theory in product design is tested.
