英文摘要：

Based on the investigations of relevant literatures,the concepts and relationship of user＇ tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in product design were introduced.The externalization model and gyroidal model of tacit knowledge transfer were put forward.Methodologies and key technologies such as protocol analysis,ethnography,graphic thinking,Kansei engineering,image scale were discussed,and the mapping of user＇ tacit knowledge and design knowledge was also analyzed.Finally,according to the integrated development of product design and information technology,some highlighted research issues on user＇ tacit knowledge were presented and the future development trend was outlined.
