为进一步探索产品族设计风格在实际产品设计中的应用,提出基于情境的产品族设计风格DNA(Deoxy-ribonucleic acid)的研究方法.将产品设计融入到特定的情境中,对基于情境的产品设计模型、产品族设计风格DNA进行了探讨.通过对显性因子、隐性因子和情境因子的定义,提出了产品族设计风格的遗传与变异模型,将生物界的遗传变异理论引入到产品族设计的显性因子与情境因子的杂交过程中,并探讨了基于情境的产品族设计风格DNA关键技术.以叉车造型设计为例,构建了叉车产品族结构模型和计算机辅助叉车设计系统软件,包括三维造型设计模块和情境知识库模块,基于此系统可以实现叉车造型设计的快速生成与设计评价,验证了基于情境的产品族设计风格DNA理论体系.
An approach of scenario-based product family design styling DNA(Deoxyribonucleic acid) was proposed for further exploring the application of product family style in solving practical product design problems. By putting product design into a certain scenario, the scenario-based product design model and the concept of product family design styling DNA were discussed. Based on the definitions of dominant gene, recessive gene and scenario factor, the inheritance and variation model of product family design styling was put forward, the theory of inheritance and variation in biology was introduced into the hybrid process of dominant gene and scenario factor, and the key technologies of scenario-based product family design styling DNA were studied. Taken the forklift form design as an example, a forklift product family configuration model and a computer-aided forklift form design system were set up, including three-dimensional form design component and system knowledge base component. Based on the system, the forklift design and evaluation can be accomplished rapidly, and the scenario-based product family design styling DNA theory is testd.
