Located in Hi-tech District in Foshan, the venture base 18MAIL of Neusoft Institute of Guangdong is the new incubation platform of cooperative innovation between the college and the local government. The following measures are taken to form the mechanic of cooperative innovation between the college and the local government： close interaction between the two parts was made to seek the key point of the cooperation so that a top-level design was achieved; a joint administrative organization was founded to efficiently integrate all resources; teaching, study and operation were combined to train students by stages so that the talents＇ cultivation can be coupled with industry; external resources were taken advantage of to transform the research achievements and revaluate them.
