自然因素和人为活动诱发的地质灾害已严重危及了人类生存的环境,并制约了辽宁的经济建设与发展。针对这一问题,分析了辽宁省近年来地震、活动断裂、地裂缝、地面塌陷、泥石流以及滑坡、崩塌和土地沙漠化等地质灾害的特点及分布规律,指出了辽宁省在地质灾害研究中所面临的主要问题,并提出以收集资料、野外地质调查、卫星遥感、建立预测数学模型等多种方法相结合的新的研究路线。采用这种研究路线可以避免重大地质灾害发生、减轻地质灾害的危害程度,也可以提高地质灾害防治工作的科研深度,提高研究水平。

英文摘要:

The geological disasters induced by natural factors and human activities have seriously threatened the human living environment and restricted Liaoning's economic construction and development. In view of this, the characteristics of geological disasters and distribution law are studied, such as earthquake, active fault, ground fissure, ground subsidence, debris flow, landslide, caving, and land desertification. The main problems in the geological disaster research in Liaoning Province are pointed out and it is proposed to adopt a new research route that is characterized by the combination of several methods including data collection, field geological survey, satellite remote-sensing, mathematical modeling, etc. Its adoption can avoid the occurrence of major geological disasters, reduce their damage degree and raise the scientific research depth of the prevention and control of geological disasters and also the research level.
