采用形态分析方法研究了北方地区常见农作物对长期复合污染土壤中Pb的形态转化及其植物有效性的影响。结果表明,作物对可交换态Pb含量影响最显著,碳酸盐态、氧化物态和有机态Pb也受到了影响,但其变化幅度相对较小。多数作物根际土壤中可交换态、碳酸盐态、有机态呈减少趋势,氧化物态含量则增高。Pb在根际与非根际土壤中的总体形态分布未发生明显变化,均以氧化物态和残渣态为主,有机态次之,碳酸盐态和可交换态较少。Pb的形态与作物地上部分含量之间的相关分析结果表明,有机态Pb对作物吸收的贡献较大,其他形态无明显贡献。
The effects of nine crops on fractionation and availability of lead in rhizosphere in long-term contaminated with multi-metals were studied. It was revealed that the crops affected exchangeable lead mostly, in comparison with carbonate bound, oxidizable and organic bound lead those were less significantly. The levels of exchangeable lead decreased significantly, carbonate bound, and organic bound lead also decreased, but oxidizable lead increased. The distributing of the fraetionations of lead in rhizosphere soils were consistent with that in no-rhizosphere soils, while the oxidizable and residual analogs were the main, following the organic bound lead and carbonate bound, exchangeable lead were less. The results of correlative analysis showed that the organic bound fraction deeply affected uptake of lead by the crops, other fractionations exhibited not very clear.
