为了实现印染加工节能减排,缩短工艺流程,并赋予织物功能性,采用发泡剂、稳泡剂、粘合剂、涂料、增稠剂制成泡沫用于棉织物涂层。探讨涂料和粘合剂用量对颜色性能、力学性能、手感、色牢度的影响。结果表明,涂料和粘合剂用量增加均有利于提高K/S值,但涂料用量增加导致色牢度降低;粘合剂用量增加有利于提高色牢度和断裂强力,但手感下降,最后得到泡沫涂层最优工艺为:涂料3%,粘合剂3%。在此最优条件下,对泡沫涂层体系添加不同颜色的涂料和功能性试剂,分别对织物2面进行涂层加工,得到正面为疏水蓝色效果(接触角143°,UVB透过率0.48%)和反面为抗紫外红色效果(接触角78°,UVB透过率0.14%)的双面异色多功能织物,实现一步法多功能织物泡沫涂层加工。
In order to realize energy saving and emission reduction, shorten process and endow fabric with functional properties, cotton fabric was coated by foam prepared by foaming reagents, foam stabilizer, adhesive, pigment and thickeners. The influences of pigment and adhesive dosage on color properties, mechanical properties, handle, color fastness were investigated. The results showed that higher K/S value were achieved when the dosage of pigment and adhesive increased. As the dosage of pigment raised, the color fastness reduced. With the increase of the adhesive dosage, the color fastness and breaking strength were raised, while the handle were reduced. Finally, the optimized foam coating process was that both pigment and adhesive dosage were 3%. Under the optimal conditions, pigment with different color and functional agents were added into the foam coating bulk and applied in foam coating for double-sides cotton fabrics. One side of the cotton fabric was blue and hydrophobic with contact angle of 143° and UVB transmission rate of0.48%, and the other side was red and anti-ultraviolet with contact angle of 78° and UVB transmission rate of0.14%, realizing multifunctional foam coating process with one-step method.
