以Fe2(SO4)3、葡萄酸钠等为氧化还原媒介,通过电化学法对还原绿1和还原黑9染料进行电化学循环染色,研究多次电化学循环染色对织物色度学性能及染色牢度性能的影响。结果表明:还原染料电化学染色织物颜色均匀,初始电化学染色后的织物皂洗变色和沾色牢度均达到5级,日8西牢度5级,干湿摩擦色牢度分别达到4~5和4级,经过2次循环染色,染色织物的颜色略微下降,色牢度仍能保持在较好水平,且具有较好的匀染性。
Green vat 1 dye and black vat 9 dye were electrochemically reduced with Fe2(SO4)3 and gluconate as a redox mediator and were applied in recycling dyeing. The effects of electrochemically recycling dyeing on chromatic property and colorfastness were discussed. The results showed that the fabric dyed with vat dyes via indirect electrochemistry were homogeneous. The fastness to washing, light, dry and wet rubbing of original electrochemical dyeing was 5 grade, 5 grade, 4-5 grade and 4 grade, respectively, After two dyeing cycles, the color depth of the dyed fabric was slightly decreased, while colorfastness and levelness remained good.
