采用液相剥离法,以异丙醇作为溶剂、石墨片为初始原料制备了异丙醇石墨烯墨水。考察了石墨片起始用量、超声时间及离心速度对石墨烯墨水浓度的影响,详细探讨了石墨烯墨水储存稳定性、热稳定性及离心稳定性等性能。结果表明:随着初始石墨片用量、超声时间的增加,石墨烯墨水浓度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;而随着离心速度的增加,石墨烯墨水浓度逐渐降低;当石墨片起始用量为6mg/mL,超声时间为10h,离心速度为11000r/min时制备得到的异丙醇石墨烯墨水各项稳定性较好。
The isopropanol(IPA)graphene ink was prepared from graphite flakes by liquid phase exfoliation method.The effects of initial graphite usage,sonication time and centrifuge speed on the ink concentration were investigated.The storage stability,thermal stability and centrifuge estability of ink were characterized.The results showed that the ink concentration first increase and then decrease with the increase of the initial graphite usage and sonication time,while the concentration decrease with the increase of centrifuge speed.The ink with good stability was obtained with initial graphite usage 6 mg/mL,sonication time 10 h and centrifuge speed 11000r/min for an hour.
