综述了通过掺杂功能性添加剂制备功能性溶胶,利用溶胶一凝胶技术实现在纺织品上成膜的研究进展。介绍了将带有疏水基团的偶联剂或其他功能性有机组分掺杂到溶胶母体后可赋予织物拒水拒油效果或抗皱耐磨性;通过制备Ti02或ZnO等功能性溶胶能改善纺织品防紫外线性能;将纳米Ag^+掺杂到溶胶中或制备TiO2功能性溶胶能提高织物抗茵性;将功能性物质掺杂到溶胶母体中会增强纺织品阻燃或抗静电性。最后展望了溶胶一凝胶技术在纺织品应用中的广阔前景。
The research progress about the preparation of functional sol by doping functional materials in sol matrix and fabric coating by sol-gel technology are reviewed. The silica coating containing hydrophobic coupling agent or other organic film-forming components could improve the water/oil repellency and wrinkle recovery. Functional sol, such as Ti02 or ZnO could enhance the anti-ultraviolet capacity, and the silica sol doped with Ag+ or TiO2 could offer antibacterial property. The silica coating doped functional materials could endow excellent flame retardancy or antista- tic property on textile. The sol-gel technology will Ioresent broader application on textile in the future.
